To Be lucky - to have luck, one has to believe in it.

One always has to:

Be aware of the situation of potential
To be ready to employ the potential
To actually reach out and grab the situation
To execute the potential with his readiness

Once all accomplished LUCK is obtained.

Sometimes it is coming to awareness after all steps were executed by themselves, instantly. In this situation we realize we were lucky after it happened.
One should always stay hopeful that luck will occur.
Think positive to make things happen the way you want them to be.
